Candidate path

Normative text: test, invitations.

Main path

  1. Home → «Я ищу работу» → registration → letter → password → onboarding.
  2. Resume: PDF or form → check the fields → «Сохранить резюме» → the banner «Создайте ещё одно резюме».
  3. «Начать тест» → survey → grade choice → device check.
  4. Test: the first task is middle difficulty, then harder or easier → an AI interview of 2–3 questions after each → the result.
  5. «Принять грейд» → category → «Приглашения».
  6. Card → «Принять» → contacts → chat.
  7. In the chat, a meeting from the recruiter → «Подтвердить» → a take-home if one was sent → hire confirmation.

Branches

  • A phone or a browser without screen share leads to «Нужен компьютер». The survey and grade on a phone are kept.
  • Refusing the test warns about the low rank. Status «Не подтверждён», banner «Пройти тест».
  • A score below P_минус offers a test one level down. Until the first confirmation, N_первичных attempts have no pause.
  • A sub-level below the claim — accept it or stay «Не подтверждён».
  • A score of at least P_уверенно and a solved upper step offers a higher test for 7 days, outside T_кулдаун.
  • Proctoring flags — «Результат на проверке» until a decision within T_проверки.
  • Several resumes — after the first test, an offer to test the next. A refusal does not touch the first category.
  • A decline has an optional reason. Both sides see «Отклонено».
  • No reply within T_ответ — «Истекло». An employer withdrawal is «Отозвано» and cannot be accepted.
  • An inconvenient meeting — «Попросить перенос» and up to 3 slots.
  • A hire — confirm or «Это не так». Silence longer than T_подтверждение_найма does not count the hire.

Extra paths

An FSP link from settings. A recurring task every F_регуляр. A vacancy feed with swipes. A grade change after T_кулдаун. The pause «Не ищу работу». A take-home from the chat, up to 90 minutes.

Failures

A link older than 24 hours — send the letter again. An unreadable PDF — the manual form, with fields already extracted left in place. No camera, microphone, or screen — instructions, the test does not start. A drop longer than 5 minutes, or a share not resumed within 60 seconds — «Прервана». Thirty seconds of silence in the interview — a repeat, then 0. A confirmed violation — «Аннулирована», the grade stays, pause T_пауза_нарушение. A leak — a replacement task without cooldown. A ban — the screen «Аккаунт заблокирован».
