Actors and personas¶
Roles follow FR-О-05: one account, one role. An administrator does not read chats except for a fragment attached to a report.

Candidate¶
Wants employers to find them by a confirmed grade, not by a well-phrased resume.

2FA is optional for a candidate.
Employer¶
Wants to describe a role in a few steps and invite a person with a clear reason they are on the shortlist.

Administrator¶
One role with every admin right. Only another administrator can add one. 2FA is mandatory. The last administrator cannot be removed, and an administrator cannot ban themselves.
